Many called him the face of evil but he was born Jeffrey Dahmer.
The notorious serial killer murdered more than a dozen men and boys and now his childhood home in Bath Township is on the market.
The three bedroom, 2,170 square foot home is priced at $329,000 dollars.
Dahmer's first victim was killed inside the West Bath Road home and he buried the dismembered body on the property. He later moved to Wisconsin where he killed more than a dozen people.
Realtor Mike Zinicola doesn't represent the seller of the home but he tells us he has sold a house where a murder suicide took place.
"The family asked me to list the home and we obviously had to disclose it. It was the first time the home was going to sell after the murder," said Mike Zincola.
As for Dahmers' former home the residential property disclosure form does not disclose the murder because it's already changed ownership twice. But 19 Action News got our hands on the broker's remarks and it states there was a crime of "notoriety by Jeffrey Dahmer associated with the home." We've also learned that everyone viewing the home is verbally told about its troubling history.
"When you have a home like Jeffrey Dahmer's that's so notorious, you actually may find somebody that thinks that's a positive," said Mike Zincola.
