The Plain Dealing Lions are coming off a great 2011 season under second year head coach Corey Brotherton. The lions have 8 returning starters on offense and 9 on defense. With all the experience returning and the talent from the newcomers, the lions have enough to make some waves in district 1-1A title picture.
