Athlete of the Week: Hanoj Carter - August 15

This week's Landers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Athlete of the Week is Byrd's Hanoj Carter.  The sprinter won the 100, 200 and 4x100 relays at the Louisiana State Track Meet.  Carter is attending Northwestern State on a track scholarship.
