The jury in the Eddie Jackson kidnapping and arson trial heard from an arson investigator Wednesday who testified about how the car caught fire, and the evidence that indicates that it was set.

An arson investigator with the Louisiana Fire Marshal's Office says the fire started in the front floorboard area of Winslow's 2006 Dodge Charger.  He says the cause was "Open flame by human design."  That cause means someone intentionally set the fire.

He's accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend, Tracy Winslow, and burning her car in January 2011. She hasn't been seen since.

Family members of Tracy Winslow attending the trial say they feel they're finally getting some answers.

If convicted, Jackson faces 40 years in prison for second degree kidnapping and five years in prison for simple arson.
