HOWARD COUNTY, AR (KSLA) -

A Howard County, Arkansas woman accused of driving over and killing her husband was in court Tuesday.

Bobbie Wilbanks, 47, is accused of driving over her husband, Robert Wilbanks, 56, with a pickup truck Sunday afternoon after a fight they had while driving near Lockesburg, Arkansas on Hwy. 24.

On Tuesday Bobbie Wilbanks told KSLA News 12 that, if she had to do it over again, she would do something different.

Wilbanks explains what led to the deadly outcome.

"He started hollering and screaming at me," Bobbie Wilbanks said.

"[Robert Wilbanks] got out of the vehicle and walked towards the front," Howard County Bryan Chesshir explains further. "[Bobbie Wilbanks] moved over to the driver's side and put it in gear and intentionally ran over her husband, killing him."

Chesshir says Wilbanks drove a quarter of a mile down the road before returning back to the scene. Though the official charge has not been filed, Chesshir says he anticipates it to be second-degree murder.

When asked about the charges against her, Bobbie Wilbanks says that they are "fair."

Says Chesshir: "That tells you we have the right person if the defendant thinks we did something 'fair'."
