DEQUEEN, AR (KSLA) -
A Dierks, Arkansas man was killed Sunday afternoon after his wife allegedly ran over him with a pickup truck.
The incident happened about 1:30 p.m. in Lockesburg, Arkansas on Hwy. 24, where state police investigators say Robert Wilbanks, 56, and his wife, Bobbie Wilbanks, 47, were riding in the same truck when they got into an argument.
At some point, Robert Wilbanks got out of the truck and his wife got behind the wheel -- and ran over him, investigators say.
Wilbanks was flown to a DeQueen Hospital where he later died.
Bobbie Wilbanks has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, investigators say, adding that their investigation continues.
