SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Some of our KSLA viewers are experiencing trouble watching us via their cable connection. This outage is caused by technical difficulties with CMA Communications and affects only CMA cable subscribers, cable customers say.

KSLA viewers who have called the station to notify us of the disturbance say that they've been missing their favorite programming since Friday. Some CMA customers who called the cable provider told KSLA that the were not given a timetable for when the KSLA channel would be restored.

KSLA News 12 has reached out to CMA to find out more about the problem and how soon the KSLA channel will be restored to the lineup, but CMA has yet to respond.

CMA provides cable service to rural communities in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Nevada. It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

If you are a CMA cable customer who misses your KSLA programming, then you can call the cable provider at 1-800-753-2465. CMA also offers an outlet for feedback at feedback@cmaaccess.com.
