SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw placed a police officer on administrative leave Sunday night following an allegation of possible policy violations.
Officer Kimberly Slayton, hired by the department in August of 2009, was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation into the alleged policy violations, spokesman Bill Goodin says.
Police would not reveal further details because of department policy, Goodin says.
