Governor Bobby Jindal is expected to sign a tough new state law that targets school bullying. The legislation would strengthen the existing Louisiana law that bans bullying and gets school employees more involved in the prevention.

Judges in three states have ruled the proposal to ban sex offenders from using social media as unconstitutional, but similar measure could be considered in Oklahoma.  Should sex offenders be allowed on Facebook?
