ALBERT PIKE, AR (KSLA) - Part of an Arkansas recreation area where several people drowned is reopening.
The Albert Pike Recreation Area will open parts of its camp grounds for day use only.
Twenty people drowned at Albert Pike in June 2010 after a flash flood rushed through the area.
The U.S. Forest Service says that no overnight camping will be allowed in the area along the Little Missouri River in Montgomery County. The forest service says hazard signs have been posted and a swim area has been cleared of debris.
