Fire investigators say the fire that destroyed the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house at Louisiana Tech on Saturday was probably started by burning notes, but the fierce flames that destroyed the building and the apartments behind it were fueled by a backdraft and possibly some structural problems in the chimney.
