The ArkLaTex honors law enforcement officials today in a special ceremony

People across the nation pay tribute to fallen officers killed in the line of duty. It's part of National Police Week. At 6, we'll show you how the Ark-La-Tex honored its law enforcement officials who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Every year, the legislature is challenged with trying to balance the budget without making major cuts to Health and Hospitals and Higher Education. This year, their task is much more difficult. Tonight at 6, we're looking into the impact that potentially drastic cuts can have on higher ed and hospitals around us.

A ruling has come down in the lawsuit in the Justin Bloxom murder case. His mother filed suit against the cab company that employed her son's alleged killer. We'll have more on this case at 6. 

Robert Kennedy's estranged wife is found dead. Mary Richardson Kennedy was found dead Wednesday in the home she and her former husband own in New York. She was 52.
