There's a new way to report handicap parking violators

This vehicle is apparently illegally parked in a handicap parking spot.

At 5, KSLA News 12's Adria Goins rode along with police to bust handicap parking violators. We'll show you what she found. Also, disabled drivers could soon get some relief from stolen parking spots, thanks to a new smartphone app in the works. It's designed to give citizens a quick and easy way to report violations that result in tickets for the owner of any vehicle caught illegally parked. KSLA News 12's Adria Goins will show us how it works.
