Teens turn hand sanitizer into alcohol and get drunk

A Shreveport man has been arrested, accused of breaking into a North Caddo Parish home and holding three people inside at gunpoint. But detectives say it was a shipping scam that brought 28-year-old James Spearman to that house and that both he and his victims are all victims of that scam.
