LAS VEGAS (CBS ATLANTA) -

A second customer was wheeled out of the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas on a stretcher Saturday night.

Police said a woman in her 40s was eating, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes before falling unconscious.

It's not clear if the episode was caused by the food, but the restaurant does pride itself on offering unhealthy foods like the "quadruple bypass burger" and "flatliner french fries."

"I wouldn't specifically say it's the heart, I wouldn't say it's the lungs. I would say that this woman had given her body every single thing it would handle, and the body finally gave out," said restaurant ownerJon Basso.

The staff dress as doctors and nurses and customers wear hospital gowns.

In February, a man suffered a heart attack while eating a triple bypass burger.
