Bond proposal will determine the fate of Caddo Parish libraries

The judge overseeing the trial against a 28-year-old neighborhood watch captain who shot and killed an unarmed teenager in Sanford, FL, has recused herself after admitting her connection to a CNN legal analyst Friday.

The legislature looks at a bill to tighten current bully laws. That's after a KSLA News 12 investigation into cyberbullying. We'll tell you what a committee decided today.
