TEXARKANA, TX (KSLA) -
Texarkana, Texas police are searching for three suspects who allegedly robbed a man Monday afternoon.
Texarkana, Texas Police Department Sgt. Steve Shelley says around 2 p.m. 19-year-old Patrick Buckley was walking in the 2300 block of Cedar Hill Road when three male suspects assaulted and robbed him. Shelley says Buckley had been approached by the suspects in the 2400 block of Richmond Road. Shelley says the suspects followed Buckley for several blocks before knocking him to the ground, kicking him, and taking his wallet. Shelley says Buckley suffered minor scrapes and cuts to his face.
Police say the robbers were described as tall, black males around 19 to 20-years-old. One suspect was wearing a long-sleeved, green Polo-style shirt. Another suspect was wearing a white and blue shirt. Two of the suspects were wearing baseball caps.
If anyone observed the suspects involved in this robbery or has any other information about this incident, they should call the Texarkana Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
