Fire crews have extinguished the 18-wheeler fire near the Carmike Theater in South Tyler.
Around 1:15 Wednesday afternoon, the driver of the truck made a delivery of concession-type items to the theater, and took a lunch break at the Burger King by the theater.
After noticing the truck was on fire, employees of the Burger King grabbed fire extinguishers and attempted to put out the flames, but the fire was too large.
Members of the Tyler Fire Department arrived and doused the burning truck.
Officials on the scene say no one was injured, and the fire is under investigation.
