Amber alert issued for local 19-month-old

The Howard County Sheriff's Office needs your help to locate a 19-month-old tonight.

Zahkairi Morrison of Tollette, Arkansas was last seen today wearing a sky blue and pink shirt with shorts.

The man that is believed to have taken her is Ralph Waldo Morrison, 28, of Texarkana. Morrison drives an older Cutless 4-door sedan.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of little Zahkairi or Morrison, call the Howard County Sheriff's Office at 870-845-2626.
