High winds blamed for power outages in Bossier Parish

Power is now back on for more than 4,000 customers in Bossier Parish. Officials with AEP SWEPCO say that high winds may be to blame for a massive power outage in Bossier Parish early Tuesday morning.

Also, Bossier City police are searching for a runaway teenager. Investigators say 16-year-old Hakeim Mishoe was last seen Saturday when he left his home in the 2200 block of Shed Road.
