A Caddo Parish judge has postponed sentencing for a Shreveport man facing the death penalty, after his defense team filed a motion for a new trial. Robert Coleman was scheduled to appear in court Friday for official sentencing after he was convicted for a second time for the New Year's Day 2003 murder of retired minister, Julian Brandon Jr.
