East Texas mail processing is being shut down and moved to the USPS facility in Shreveport.  It's the result of studies that began five months ago, looking for ways to save money. From concerns about lost jobs to what effect the changes might have on delivery times, it's a hot topic today on the KSLA News 12 Facebook Page.

33-year-old Royce Dwayne Allen is charged with two counts of aggravated robbery in connection with attacks on two women recently on the campus of the East Texas Medical Center. KSLA News 12 has learned that it was his unique way of walking, captured on surveillance video at the scene of the crime, that may have broken the case.
