SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
UPDATE: The crash on Interstate 20 eastbound over Lakeshore Drive has been cleared up and traffic is flowing normally.
UPDATE: Officers working traffic near the crash scene are streamlining the diversion and motorists are being routed off of Interstate 20 east at the Lakeshore Drive exit (Exit 17 A) and then right back on Interstate 20 east at the Lakeshore Drive entrance ramp.
Traffic is still backed up on I-20 eastbound due to a pair of accidents - one near the Lakeshore Drive exit and the other near the I-49 exchange. Drivers may want to avoid the interstate until police can clear the accidents from the highway.
