An extradition hearing was held Monday in DeSoto Parish for Taunton, 52, accused of killing his mother, Sue Harpst, 79; his sister, Regina Taunton, 48; and step-father, Harold Harpst,73.

Taunton has been held in DeSoto Parish since his arrest on Friday, January 19th on three felony warrants for capital murder at the Jimmy Granger Ford car dealership in Stonewall, Louisiana.
