WESTLAKE, OH (WOIO) - 19 Action News has learned Westlake Police are investigating what happened to a 16-year-old girl in a stairwell at the parking garage at the Crocker Park Shopping Center.
Police say a man confronted her and demanded her panty hose. He said he needed them to fix the muffler of his car.
We're told he turned his back as she took off the hose. She handed them over, then he took off.
He's described as a white male in his 20s wearing a camouflage baseball cap with writing on the front, jeans, and a dark color Northface-style coat.
Investigators checked to see if the complex has any videos or photos of the man, but he was not caught on any of the cameras.
