Apple tarts

1 apple
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Tart/pastry dough
Sheet pan

Thinly slice the apple and toss with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place mixture on 8-inch circle of rolled out pastry and bring edges up over apples. Bake at 375 °F until golden brown.

Serves 1.
