Bossier City woman remains missing after 20 years

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

The unsolved missing persons case of Penny Madanat will reach its 20-year mark on Wednesday.
 
Madanat was last seen leaving Cowboys nightclub, now the Rockin' Rodeo, on Gould Drive on October 26, 1991. At the time, she was 23-years-old. Madanat is a white female, 5'7", 128 pounds with auburn hair and blue eyes. She wore braces on her teeth, had a birthmark on her left arm, and had a small mole above her lip on her right side.
 
Bossier City Police Spokesperson Mark Natale said police suspect the disappearance is a result of foul play.
 
Penny Madanat's photo and case are featured on Bossier Crime Stoppers digital billboards around the city.
 
The Bossier City Police Department is asking anyone who has spoken with investigators about this case in the past to call the department at 318-741-8648.
