As America celebrates our 117th Labor Day, let's not lose sight of the importance of this day.

It's not just a day to mark the end of Summer or to gather for the last Bar-B-Que of the year, it's a time to reflect on the struggles of the working class men and women who fought so hard to make this the greatest country in the world to live, work and play.

Please remember that this celebrated day, that many of us have off with pay, was paid for in blood by organized workers, standing together in hopes of prosperity.

Not just for themselves, but for future generations to come.

Remember that this day is celebrated to honor the social and economic achievements of the American worker.
