TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Six of the seven co-defendants in the infamous Mineola sex ring case entered guilty pleas in Judge Jack Skeen's courtroom Thursday morning.

The defendants pleaded guilty to a 3rd degree felony of injury to a child.

As part of the plea deal their sentences are equal to the time they have already served, which means they will be released shortly. All six have waived their right to a trial and to appeal.

Dennis Pittman was the only defendant not in court today. He was convicted, last year, but his case remains on appeal.

The defendants are accused of forcing young children to perform sexual acts.
