Prayer vigil held for Oil City missing woman

OIL CITY, LA (KSLA) - The entire town of Oil City, Louisiana continues to hope and pray for good news in the investigation into the disappearance of a 30-year-old Tracy Winslow.

Many gathered in honor and prayer for Winslow, who's been missing for four days now.

The prayer vigil was held at the Willis Knighton Community Center, located on Highway 1 in Oil City.

On Wednesday, Caddo Parish Sheriff's deputies arrested Winslow's ex-boyfriend, Eddie Lee Jackson. Deputies say Jackson is now charged with 2nd degree kidnapping.

Winslow was reported missing Monday morning by her family, authorities report. Caddo Parish Sheriff's investigators believe she was taken by Jackson. Winslow's car was found burned and abandoned Monday morning in Caddo Parish just hours before her family reported her missing.

As of Thursday afternoon, Tracy Winslow is still missing Caddo Parish Sheriff's deputies report. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to call the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office at (318) 675-2170.
