UPDATE: I30 near Fulton, AR re-opened

FULTON, AR (KSLA) - Interstate 30 eastbound near Fulton, Arkansas has re-opened, after being shut down for more than three hours because treacherous road conditions.

Traffic had come to a near-standstill hear Hope as big rigs struggled on the slick surface, backing up all the way to Fulton. Arkansas State Police shut down the portion of the interstate near mile marker 19 around 7:00 A.M. and began diverting traffic to Highway 67.

KSLA News 12 is told traffic is moving once again in that area, as well as along a stretch of I30 in Arkadelphia, which had also briefly shut down Monday morning.
