SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - The man accused of robbing a North Shreveport Family Dollar store at gunpoint Wednesday night has turned himself in according to Shreveport police.
Just before 1:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon, 23 year old Cardario Winn surrendered himself to authorities.
The robbery reportedly happened at the Family Dollar Store, located in the 2600 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Dr.
Police say the suspect walked into the store, pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun and pointed it at the clerk, demanding money.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
