CADDO PARISH, LA (KSLA) –A Caddo Parish man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to being a multiple offender.
The Caddo Parish District Attorney's office says 45-year-old Larry Wayne Wilson was sentenced Thursday in Caddo Parish District Court.
The D.A.'s office says that Wilson pleaded guilty back in August to possession of Cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Authorities say Wilson was ordered by the judge to serve the sentence for each charge concurrently.
Wilson, according to the D.A.'s office was arrested back in August 2008 during a citywide 'knock and talk' drug sweep, conducted by the Caddo-Shreveport Street Level Interdiction Unit.
