TEXARKANA, TX/AR (KSLA) – It took police less than an hour to find the person they say called in a fake bomb threat to the city's federal building Thursday morning.

49-year-old Darrell Lynn Love of Texarkana, Texas remains in the BiState Justice Center jail on a charge of making a terroristic threat, a 3rd degree felony.

Police say Love called 911 about 7:30 Thursday morning and said he had put a bomb on the second floor of the building.

The building, which sits on the Texas/Arkansas state line, houses the post office and courtrooms. Bomb technicians searched the building but found nothing.

Texarkana, Texas Police and the FBI are still investigating the incident.
