Two Sabine Parish murder cases remain unsolved

CONVERSE, LA (KSLA) – Officials with Crime Stoppers Inc., in Sabine Parish, Louisiana announce Wednesday two rewards of up to $5000 for information on two cold cases in the area.

The most recent case is that of a Converse, Louisiana man murdered on Father's Day 2009.

Crime Stoppers officials say 36-year-old Dennis Ray Hall was fatally shot in the yard of his home while hunting armadillos late that night.

The second case being that of a Noble, Louisiana woman murdered, according to officials back in January 2008.

Authorities say a $5000 reward is up for grabs for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges in the murder of Millie Lambert.

As of Wednesday Crime Stoppers officials say they have yet to make an arrest in either case.
