BOSSIER CITY, LA  (KSLA) – A standoff in Bossier City has come to a peaceful end. It all began 2:30 p.m.

At 5 p.m. Bossier City police began clearing the scene of a stand off in a neighborhood just off McDade St. Police just entered the home with a K-9 and weapons drawn looking for two men.

Police were called to the vacant home by a man who claims he was robbed by two men that he met at a casino.

The victim was taken to the hospital but police had to wait for consent by the property owner to search the home.

After about an hour and a half officers were given permission, and went in with a K-9. A brief search of the home produced no suspects.

The victim went to the hospital with a head injury, but he's expected to survive.

The home will be processed by investigators so police can continue looking for the suspects.
