SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – Shreveport Police have identified a man they say may be responsible for an alleged bank robbery in Shreveport.
The search is now on for 29-year-old Ronald Hussey. Authorities believe Hussey may have robbed the Capitol One Bank located in the 6100 block of Greenwood Rd back on September 7.
Police say a suspect entered the bank with a handgun and gave a note to one of the tellers demanding money and then fled on scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
Hussey is described by police as a bald male, five feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 195 lbs. Hussey is also believed to have a goatee and was last seen wearing glasses.
Police add that Hussey reportedly had an address out of Roseburg, Oregon, but had been recently living with an acquaintance in Shreveport.
Shreveport Police investigators say Hussey is also wanted by authorities in Oregon for a parole violation warrant.
A warrant for simple robbery has been issued for Hussey, according to police. It is urged by police that if you have any information regarding Ronald Hussey's whereabouts to call Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
