TEXARKANA, AR (KSLA) –The toxicology report on the driver who caused a fatal Interstate 30 crash back in November 2009 returned Monday.
The document from the Arkansas Crime Lab says 43-year-old Vaughn Gentry tested positive to marijuana and cocaine.
The crash in question killed four people.
Gentry was reportedly driving a tractor trailer truck when he plowed into a car stopped in traffic on the Interstate. The initial crash caused a fiery chain reaction destroying five vehicles.
