Four injured in Texarkana two car major crash

TEXARKANA, AR (KSLA) - Texarkana, Arkansas police investigate a two car accident Monday morning, which injured four people.

The accident happened on Interstate 30 at the 5 mile marker just before 8 a.m.

Police say that both vehicles were headed westbound on Interstate 30, reportedly one of the cars had a flat tire and was driving slowly when a second car ran into the back of the first car and then police say the car burst into flames shortly after.

Four people, who police say were riding in the first car were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle was cited for careless driving.
