Obama creates jobs, but goes way over-budget

WASHINGTON, DC (KSLA) – President Obama is being credited for creating millions of jobs, but his plan is costing much more than originally billed.

Massive stimulus measures have created or saved 3.3 million jobs but Congressional Analysts estimate that the president has run a tab of 814 billion dollars over the next decade. That is about 30 billion dollars more than the original price tag.

The report comes 10 weeks before midterm congressional elections, in which republicans are hammering democrats and the president over the economy.
