ELDORADO, AR (KSLA) - KSLA News 12 has learned through contacting the wife of an Ark-La-Tex pilot whose plane went missing Thursday night that the pilot's plane has been found..
Susan Miller, the pilot's wife, tells us that the plane was found near El dorado, Arkansas.
An employee with the South Arkansas Regional Airport tells KSLA News 12 that the missing pilot, Charles Miller, has also been found, dead 50 feet from the crashed aircraft.
The Civil Air Patrol says Miller took off from El dorado, Arkansas towards the Austin, Texas area Thursday night a little after 8:40 p.m.
The National Weather Service and Stormtracker 12 Radar from Thursday night shows that no weather problems were in the area at the time of the crash.
