Bossier City Circle-K robbed

Bossier City, LA(KSLA)- Bossier City Sheriff Larry Dean says his investigators need the public's help in locating a man responsible for committing an armed robbery late Friday night in Bossier City.

The armed robbery happened around 11:45 pm at the Circle-K located at Hwy 80 and Chandler Road. Surveillance video obtained from the store shows the man during the process of the robbery. He is described as a White male between 5'10 and 5'11 and appears to be in his thirties. He was wearing a black t-shirt with a blue and purple logo on the front, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He also wore a cream colored ski mask.

Police say that there were two females inside of the store at the time of the robbery; one of them was a customer. According to authorities, the man pointed a handgun wrapped in a white plastic bag at the employee first and asked her to give him the money and then turned the gun towards the customer and told her to step back.

The robber left with approximately 70 dollars and drove away in a dirty white van with some type of markings on the side.

No one was hurt, but Bossier Sheriff investigators say that if you have any information concerning the robbery to call the Bossier Sheriff's office at 318-965-2203 and ask for a detective and also call Bossier Crime stoppers for any information you might have.
