Texas woman accused of abusing special needs child

ANGELINA COUNTY, TEXAS (KSLA) – An East Texas woman is now in jail after being accused of tying up and physically abusing a three year old special needs child.

This happened in Angelina County, Texas. Police say 24 year old Juana Salinas beat the boy with a belt after tying him to a pole, using dresses to restrain him. Salinas is also accused of force feeding the child.

She is being held in the Angelina County jail on a count of "injury to a child".
