Man killed after being hit by train identified

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – Investigators have identified the man who was killed after being hit by a train in downtown Shreveport on Sunday, July 11th.  The victim is 50-year-old Kent Tauzin.  Investigators believe Tauzin was sitting on the railroad tracks when he was struck by the train.  The incident happened about 9:30pm Sunday in the 600 block of Clyde Fant Parkway.  Investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash.
