July 13, 2010—Sarepta, La.—Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies caught an unruly driver Monday who was reportedly attempting to chase and ram another driver in Sarepta.  As it turns out the driver was determined by officers to be drunk, and he was taken into custody.

Sheriff's deputies Tony Matteson, Eric Roby and Kyle Greer located Willard on Hwy. 371 at Ashley Road in the Sarepta area following a complaint from another driver who stated that Willard was chasing him at a high rate of speed in an attempt to ram his vehicle.
Upon exiting of his vehicle Willard refused to comply with officers' requests and displayed unruly an uncooperative behavior.  Officers noticed an odor of alcoholic beverage and conducted standard field sobriety testing, on which Willard reportedly performed poorly. Willard then refused to submit to a chemical breathalyzer test, of which he is also on record for past denial.
