Ranger fan falls 30 feet into crowd

DALLAS, TX (KSLA) – Rangers fans were in shock as they watched in horror when a man fell over the railing in an attempt to catch a foul ball.

With two outs in the bottom of the fifth, the man leaned over the railing of the club level to catch the foul ball and lost his footing, before tumbling over and falling 30 feet onto the seats below.

The man who has not yet been identified was taken out of the ballpark and taken to a hospital. We are told he was responsive at the hospital and able to move his legs and arms.

The game was stopped for about 15 minutes before resuming. The four other people where he fell were treated for minor injuries inside the ballpark. The incident rattled the crowd, and many were left rattled by what they witnessed.
