Van Der Sloot indicted

PERU (KSLA) – Joran Van Der Sloot, the man accused of killing Natalee Holloway while she was on her senior trip in Aruba, has now been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury.

The indictment says Van Der Sloot attempted to extort 250 thousand dollars from Natalee Holloway's mother, Beth.

Holloway disappeared in 2005 and her body was never found but Van Der Sloot offered information to her mother of the whereabouts of her daughters body in exchange for the 250 thousand.
