David Toms Even Par After First Round at 2010 US Open

PEBBLE BEACH, CA (KSLA) – Bossier-Shreveport native David Toms cards a 71 even par at the end of his first round at the 2010 US Open.

Toms started out the front nine with a bogey at the par four second, then shot three birdies on the third, fifth and seventh holes to finish the front nine tied for the lead.

The back nine was a completely different story finishing with four bogeys that included three in a row on the 13th, 14th and 15th.  Toms finishes the day with even par tapping in a three foot birdie on the 18th.

Toms tees off at 4:09 from the 10th hole on Friday to start the second round of the 2010 US Open.
