BOSSIER CITY POLICE CAPTURE SUSPECT WANTED ON CHARGE OF INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH JUVENILES
Bossier City police arrested a suspect Sunday night who was wanted on a charge of indecent behavior with juveniles. Police arrested Rex Tuggle, 43, of Bossier City after receiving an anonymous tip that he was at a residence in the 2200 block of Nattin Street. Tuggle was wanted in connection with an incident that occurred in late 2009 in which he committed a lewd act upon a 14-year old girl.
Upon arriving on Nattin Street officers surrounded the house and confirmed Tuggle was inside. After Tuggle refused the officers' verbal commands to come out, a Bossier City K-9 officer and his police dog entered the house at which time Tuggle surrendered.
Tuggle was booked into the Bossier City Jail and was later transferred to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility. Bond is set at $50,000.
Tuggle was the subject of media reports based on a Bossier City Police Department news release issued April 1, 2010 regarding his fugitive status.
