Two LA men arrested for distribution of narcotics

MINDEN, LA (KSLA) – Webster Parish authorities made two arrests on May 13th, Thursday morning following an undercover narcotics investigation with Minden Police.

Fifty two year old, Milton Earl Simpson, was booked on charges of the distribution of Morphine, Xanax, and possession of marijuana.

Sixty year old, Roy Lee Jackson was booked on the charge of distribution of OxyContin.

Jackson was booked in the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center on a bond amount of $50,000. Simpson was booked in the same facility with a bond of $100,000, and an additional bond is pending for the possession charge.

Lt. Shawn Baker explains, "We jointly investigated the illegal activities of these men for several months, these arrests resulted from our undercover operations."
